Fruit and Quinoa salad

8 cups chopped fresh fruit (berries, pineapple, mango, kiwi, apple, grapes, mandarine oranges, bananas, etc)
1 cup pecans, lightly chopped
4 cups cooked red quinoa
 
Dressing
1/2 cup flax seed oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup honey
2/3 cup champagne vinegar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
dash salt
 
Whisk dressing ingredients together and toss lightly with fruit, nuts, and quinoa.
