Chai Tea

1/2 cup milk or milk subsitute
1 cup water
2 tsp honey
1 black tea bag
1 Tbsp spices (equal amounts whole cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and fresh ginger)
    OR  1/4 tsp ground spices
Place milk, water, and honey in medium pot. Bring to a boil. let simmer for 30 seconds, then add tea and spices. Remove from heat. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain and serve.
